The 9 Principles
1. To understand that as we age, we can become wisdom givers.
The process takes a lifetime. The commitment becomes a life passion.
2. To do the philosophical work necessary to be a sage.
We study many of the world philosophies including modern and ancient philosophers and asking the questions; Why are we here? Why do we live so long and to what purpose?
3. To get in touch with who we are holistically.
We get to know our gifts, spirit and body and we study ways to enrich our lives and further our spiritual connection
4. To acquire the skills for working on ourselves by learning meditation, journaling and sharing.
We do guided meditations to discover our inner wisdom, and we learn to share and support each other on this journey.
5. To give real hearing to the inner voices.
We allow all the minorities within the whole person their witness.
6. To begin to do life repair.
We resolve practical matters with wills and testaments, heal relationships with others and between the generations, reach into the past and offer release and healing, do forgiveness work with release from vindictiveness and anger and finding the pearls of wisdom in the anxious memories.
7. To serve as a mentor to others.
As a guide, mentor, and agent of healing and reconciliation on behalf of the planet, the nation and the family, we become a wisdom giver.
8. To come to terms with one’s end of life journey.
We become clear about what we believe about our transition and afterlife and face them without fear.
9. To leave a legacy we lead by example to future generations about how to live meaningful life and give back to others who share this planet.
